Water loss reduction to efficient pressure management

Pressure management is one cost-effective and efficient strategy for controlling water distribution losses.
This video shows the application of CSA SCADA electronically controlled valve changing pressure versus demand, therefore reducing the water loss . The installation includes CSA 353/453 step by step valve, with flow meter, pressure transmitter and a PLC ( or CSA controller).
The pressure will be monitored and changed versus variation in demand overtime. The resulting savings are extremely significant , not only for water savings but also in terms of a reduction of pipe bursts and other problems associated with higher pressures.
