Have you ever felt the need to lower your vibration ? Because sometimes I feel so high vibration and happy that I literally can't seem to relax and sleep. 

There are so many things we can connect to. Ideas, music, art, materials, plants, stones, and we can enter into other people's distortions and stories and dreams and almost read people's minds. 

For years it made no sense to me how everyone seemed so depressed and blind to the amazing things all around. But now I do understand that it's just because they indeed do not get to see any of it and the light and color they see is much less vibrant and intense. Anyways, sometimes it's really too much heaven and colors on my side and at night I feel like I need to lower my vibration, what should I do... maybe it's because I am not grounding properly ? Maybe moving energy downwards would help... 


Anyways I feel sort of lost cause there is so much info on raising one's vibration and never on lowering it.
