Question. What do you recommend as a substitute for egg? Kid with allergies. In baking I’ve subbed oil, yogurt, soda, etc... best ive found is yogurt but it adds a heavy denseness to the item. But, for dredging and breading I haven’t found a good substitute. Using just buttermilk doesn’t give enough binding to the flour/cornmeal.
