Sorry to tell you but you don't know salary hike of bca is different let me tell you. If you are from tcs ignite(tcs -sastra mca)then in four years you will get more salary then b. tech. Well your videos are good but for BCA salary structure you need more research.

Manohar bhai humko kya karna chahiye 2019 me BCA karke tcs join kiya hu, soacha tha distance MCA kar lu like IGNOU ya koi aur but HR ka kehna tha tcs distance education ko consider nhi karega.
Sebetical leave lekar full time MCA karne ka suggestion de rha hai HR.

Financially strong nhi hu, leave without pay pe mca karu.

It takes 4 years to complete mtech and at my time bond was of 4 years only and after completing the mtech change the company.
I completed my mtech in 2020 and joined wipro by 2016. And the max package that wipro offers after completing mtech is 5.75 lakh + 1.75 lakh bonus for retaining 1 more year. So if u stay for 1 year your bonus amount is added to your ctc..
