people who get placement through first tier Colleges like IIT and IIM gets 15 LPA as fresher
2nd tier 8 LPA
In 3rd tiers colleges no companies approaches and only a good interview can get a job as consultant with 3 LPA package as fresher

Wait who becomes a partner in 5 years down the line?? i totally disagree, I'm into this field so ik it takes somewhere around 12+yrs to be a partner! And obviously there are other constraints as well and not only X years of experience.

Not 200k it’s 100-150k USD. That’s the standard for a consultant. Big 4’s offer 90-120, MBB’s offer 100-150K
