Simple easy. I have pork side ribs in oven full rack and i slow cook at 350 for 2-2.5hrs then glaze. Then i broil for 3min at 500

I live in the Philippines. I have a neighbor, a taxi driver, that buys a live piggie every Saturday night, and every Sunday morning, he and his two sons butcher and sell it.
