3 LEVLES - It is TRANSFORMATIVE but you need to realize there are 3 LEVELS of Meditation based on their ability to TRANSORM your Body, Mind, and Intuition. Mindfulness is the Lowest, Transcendental is the 2nd Level. Spiritual Meditation or God Meditation has the most influence to TRANSFORM you. Hence, all of the advanced monks practice it! Cheers!

U can meditate all day. People still dont know what to do or how to do it. And nope sitting in the lotus position is not the only meditation and you dont even have to sit like that or sit at all
