I so believe that some foods alter your moods and the way you feel. As an example I think I'm addicted to chilli peppers! By the end of the day I start thinking about food with added chilli peppers and I think they do something to me as a mental level and soothe my mood. After watching this enlightening video I am certainly going to be working on some of your suggestions and see how they interact with me.
