Thank you for taking the time to make this informative video. Very well put together. However, for people who's mental health is extremely low, suicidal. How can you get them to eat right? Eat regularly- you say, what is the correct portion sizes? When should you eat? People with mental health can starve themselves, not feel worthy of food. Or the opposite, binge eat eat away the problems?
