Let's face it. No one likes paying more for a product just to get "Add-ons" or use Premium Content. Let's talk about using Power Apps with Standard Connectors and No Premium License.

We have three options that come to me first, Excel, SharePoint, and Dataverse for Teams. Each of these backends can be used without needing a premium connector.

This is a beginners guide to those license models and how to create a Form in each one quickly.

There are some limitations with using Power Apps with Teams such as no drop-down control, but you can copy existing drop-downs from the regular Power Apps by copying and pasting.

really neat Andrew. Thx! What about integration with power automate? I made an app that creates a record in Sharepoint when a certain emailwith a certain format arrives. Would that connector "Add a new row in dataverse" be free as well? They should includei a free conector accordingly, such as "Add a new row in dataverse FOR TEAMS". That can certanly be a dealbreaker. Pls share your thoughts Thx!!!

Hey Andrew Dataverse for teams is just a pain from an administrative point of view as a new Env is created when a new app is created so you could have hundreds of teams envs in you org and do these go against the overall storage capacity?
