How to get started with Power Apps

The most common question that I'm asked is "I'm new to Power Apps, how do I get started?" In this Power Apps tutorial for beginners, I list the steps you need to take to start learning Power Apps. If you are a Power Apps beginner then this tutorial is the video to watch first.

Freaking legend. This was perfect for me. I am transitioning from being a worker bee to a manager and I am strained for time. Your video was great that it didn't recreate the basic learning content like i have seen in other videos, rather it provides an excellent guide and overview to what is power apps and the essential process that needs to be followed to get started. Sounds simple, but to do it well you need to really understand your audience well. This is the first video of yours i have watched, so pending the next videos of yours i watch im thinking you could be a "tensai".

April, thanks for the very useful resources. One question I have been wondering about is that when sharing an app, you are reminded to make sure that the users also have access to the data source. For example, when I have excel in one drive as a data source, I have not seen any video as to how to provide access to this data source. Do you have a video, or resource that shows that? Thanks

SUPER helpful! I've had so many questions about which Low-Code / No-Code platform to go with, and this video has really helped me decide to go with PowerApps. I'm still a bit confused about the licensing (Microsoft's issue -- not yours!), as I already have a 365 business standard licence...not sure if PowerApps is included in that licence. So who knows -- I may be charged a bunch of money some time soon. But I'm excited to get started, and this video has been a big help! Thanks April!
