1) any human who is defining sin for you should be ignored, judge not lest ye be judged. 2) all translations of the Bible have been altered in some way, shape, or fashion, at this late stage in time. The good news is that it doesn't matter, bc if you pray and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to give you understanding of His word, you'll figure it out no matter what subtle manipulations have been placed in the Bible to thwart our walk. I’ve studied the KJV for almost 60 years. The modern translations drop important words. The so-called intellectuals are blinded by pride and arrogance. Read the KJV and come away with humility.
