Rope flow is a method of skipping using momentum, rotation and ground pressure through the feet as a guiding principle, and for those reasons I think it has great potential to improve your hiking flow efficiency, balance and coordination.

Hi man, did you try many ropes? what is your suggestion which one to go with / i'm 6'1

Lol awesome need to try that later on... Today I was by the beach I kinda tried to do it with normal speedy jumping rope since I dont have a flow rope yet and was like WTF haha...could not figure it out so just did my normal workout haha
