While ghidorah is a single monster, it does indeed posses 3 seperate personalities. Each head has its own mind but is also connected to the other 2 via a insanely complex neutral network which basically makes the ENTIRE body of MV ghidorah act like a giant brain.

It makes sense that Destroyah put up one of the bigger fights, he's one of the few monsters that was dead close to actually killing Godzilla due to what created him. Man this was a great watch!!!

Late to the party, but, the ruling on Ghidora is that, despite the fact that 100% of its body contains at least some level of nuerological tissue, the individual heads each develop their own proficiencies. This would suggest that they all have their own personalities. Coupled with the fact that it's explained that the heads communicate telepathically in order to bypass the comparatively slow speed of synaptic communication when a signal has to travel down one neck, split and then travel up the other two necks, we know that the heads are not always on the same page, indicating that they each experience their surrondings separately.

Very fun bit of lore, honestly.

I just love this part 17:24 that King Ghidorah were just hanging out by the riverbank by themselves it's like Ichi, Ni and Kevin have claimed the area as they're territory and I just had to think they were watching you crowmeda flying passed them like they didn't know why a flying rat was at they're place with a small human it was like they didn't do anything and just stayed where they are
