I like how no one is mentioning the disgusting and unethical practices of how HireVue uses AI to analyze candidate responses, facial expressions, vocal intonation, etc. to determine if a candidate is a "good fit" for a role.

I actually really like this idea. For someone who’s had minimal interviews and finds it really hard to do them because it’s uncomfortable and awkward this is actually really neat.

I see that none of the models in this video dressed like they actually wanted the job. Sitting on a beanbag in a t-shirt isn’t going to send the message you probably think it is. That is, unless you’re applying for a barista position. Very millennial!
