I forgot I was watching YouTube at 2x speed and was blown away by Mark’s pace. I’m like ‘dude just finished 30 seconds of work in like 15 seconds!’

Tried it. Selected a 16 and a 24, alternating every set.
0/10, would not recommend to a friend; would recommend to an enemy.
Don't expect anything like "recovery" between sets. Expect to cherish life with great intensity, after your third set.
Sets four and five will make you regret all your sins and you'll promise to live better, if only you can survive.

You gotta plan the weight for the 5th set not what you can blast thru on the first one. For me at 71, I'll be happy enough if I can complete my last set with same number of reps as the first one using 12's

First time I ever seen this was Steve Cotter, he has a DVD set of really extreme/crazy things with KBs.

In middle of second set, by mistake, I did double clean, not alternating clean. Tat moment, I got a question that need to be answered. Why do I need to do alternating clean? Is alternating better than double?

This is really awesome and my body is warming up just seeing this.

I think it would add value, if you could say at what level one should be before tackling something like this. Or is it obvious and I just don't get it?
