I had to build an app all by myself, and bit more than I can chew, so I decided to go with RoR, so far it worked out fine, I was able to ship solo. LMAO. So I am sticking with RoR right now for apps with lots of functionality, and Laravel for others, mind you I am a front end dev and not even that great at JS, is use Vue 3 with JSDoc even not TS haha It's insane but so far I am loving this.

Interesting, learning Django at the moment for freelancing. How long did it take you to learn Rails? Also, did you start learning Rails right away by jumping straight into the framework with Ruby? Just curious, I already have 1 year of programming and I like to be productively quickly.
