I LOVE JAMIE OLIVER! He is the cleverest and most economical cook, ever! He baked that chicken and ate most of it.Then, he cooked the bony bits in soup and used the remaining flesh for Crustinis and Mushroom puree.Sheer GENIUS!

Tip for you guys: when making a stock roast the bones on a tray in oven and get a bit of blackness going. Then boil with aromatics to get a really nice, deep, rich stock. Learnt to do it that way in japan
