Ingredients :
To Make Masala Paste :
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 Inch
Garlic Pods – 5
Green Chilli – 1
Coriander Leaves – Handful
Water – As needed
To Make Soup :
Ghee – 1 Tsp
Whole Spices
Cardamom – 3
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 1 Inch
Bay Leaf – 1
Chicken (with bone) – 300 Grams
Salt to taste
Black Pepper – ½ Tsp
Water – 2.5 Cups
Lemon Juice – As per taste
Method :
In a blender add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli & coriander leaves. Add water as required and grind into fine paste.
In a pressure cooker heat ghee, add whole spices and chicken. Saute until color changes to slightly brown.
Add the prepared paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add water and bring to boil. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Finish off with lemon juice & serve hot!
