Easy creamy chicken corn soup is perfect for this season.

Ingredients for 4 servings
100 g chicken
4 cup chicken stock/broth, about 1 litre
½ cup sweetcorn, about 60 g
½ cup mashed sweetcorn, about 60 g
1 carrot
1-2 tsp minced garlic
1-2 eggs
2 tbsp Cornstarch + 4 tbsp water
1 tsp Salt ( or salt to taste )
¼ tsp white or black pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil

Dont mean to upset people but i raise chickens for eggs and meat and I'd love to use one of the older chooks for this; older chickens have tougher fibres and they are better for soups

I live this soup!; I used to make it using tinned white crab meat if I didn't have chicken.
