I live in California and do a deep water aerobics program at our city pool every morning. I’m here in Michigan helping out my elderly parents and I miss my water aerobics class so much. My sister has an indoor pool and I found you on YouTube I saved today’s core exercise program and I love it. Hope to see you on this daily! Thank you 😃🧜‍♀️

Hi Marzena! I started doing your workouts in January 2021 when a really good friend of mine invited me to join her, and I must say, in the 7 months I have been doing your workouts I have seen amazing results. I was walking everyday for an hour and lifting weights every other day with minimal results. But with aqua, I have definition in my arms, my legs, obliques and my abs ... my girlfriends and I do aqua workouts 6 days a week and we love it! Continue posting your great workouts! We're doing this one today...should be challenging.

I love you!!! I do your workout videos 3 or 4 days a week 3 hrs at a time. I don't stop for a break. I've lost 60 lbs through a weight loss program I am trying to tune up. But I am 67 and my flab isn't going anywhere. Please keep doing what you do. You are truly an inspiration to me sweetie...

Thankyou being a yoga teacher lm pleased to see you are encouraging breathing.have recently joined a health spa, but l don’t see the emphasis on breathing, the short time l’ve observed the class. Havnt joined the class as it’s some years since l swam since obtaing my swim certificates. Just after 3 visits my bodies becoming more relaxed. Also used to swimmming in deep water pools, so finding have to work harder to complete a pool length.Your lovely demonstration is excellent. Shall try the walking and jumping. Much love to you and viewers.😘🙏👋👌

We did this Friday, 6/21/24. Loved it! Loved you. This is the 3rd of yours we have worked out to. Thank you for the videos and humor! We meet each Wednesday and Friday. Looking at core strengthening. Specifically hip labrum tear care and shoulder rotator cuff pain management. Also preventative lower back pain and thoracic muscle spasm prevention.
