I liked the fact that u not just mentioned easier and perfect levels but u also considered how beginners feel and mentioned a beginner step for each one that if u can’t start doing the easier one u can start by doing this one ( for example mentioning that if u can’t do push up u can do push-up using ur knees first - THATS THE TIP WE BEGINNERS CAN ACTUALLY START WITH ) tips like these are actually helpful !!! Thanks and would love to see more such tips of beginners workouts

As a 36 year old, I've never heard of calisthenics, but found Chris through some healthy eating videos. Wanting to get back into shape and these types of workouts seems like what I'm looking for. Amazing stuff!
