Do you struggle with eating carbs? Here’s how to optimize your glucose metabolism so you can lose fat:

Focus on getting quality sleep. Without proper sleep, you cannot optimize glucose metabolism. Targeting 8 hours is ideal

Eliminate inferior fats like refined oils. PUFAs are more reactive to oxygen, and lead to oxidative stress and inflammation, which can interfere with insulin signaling pathways.

Prioritize saturated fats like grass-fed butter, ghee, coconut oil, and fat on meat instead

Also if you do consume PUFAs (which you shouldn’t) absolutely do not consume carbs with them since this can lead to harmful lipid metabolites, which can further disrupt glucose metabolism

Resistance train 3 times a week even just for 30 minutes. This has been shown to improve glucose tolerance and whole-body insulin sensitivity.

Exposure to sunlight and red light therapy can also be helpful. Also consider taking vitamin D +K2 supplementation in liquid form in addition to magnesium if you can’t get sunlight

Reintroduce carbs very slowly and methodically - fruit is great to start with and it’s delicious!
