Speaking as a medic, there's times that we need to cut clothing to assess and treat trauma injuries. I have had to do this with some 1%ers and the way I've avoided an ass kicking has been one of 3 ways. One, I try to take the cuts off and hand them to a club member as long as it doesn't compromise care or their spine. Many clubs appreciate the respect shown for their cuts. Two, I try to not cuts the patches themselves. If I have to cut, I usually only need to cut the seamsby the shoulders so that it could be repaired later. Three, sometimes there's so much damage to the vest that you just can't help it. Most times there's a club brother there with them and they'll tell you just do it and save my brother's life. Cuts can be replaced but brothers can't. Bonus, I always avoid giving the cuts to cops especially if there's club members standing there. A little respect goes a long way. Good content Sose! #ghostin #ridefree

I can't speak for anybody else in my club, and I wouldn't anyways. As for me though, I have a few rules for my cut. Kind of unwritten laws, so to speak. My cut never touches the ground. No one but me touches my cut, except for another club member. People are curious though you know, if I catch somebody touching my cut, I politely tell them once and one time only, "Please don't ever touch my cut again". If they ask why I tell them that it means a lot to me for one, and because I asked you not to. My wife has never even touched my cut. She's never put it on, she's never hugged me or anything when I've been wearing it. And I've never had to tell her not to touch it. She just knows. She's got a good level of respect for it. When I'm at home, my cut gets put on a coat hanger and hung where I can keep an eye on it. Finally, I never have my cut on when I drive a car. I rarely drive a car, so I'm hardly ever in that situation. Thank you for this video. Good stuff 👍🏻 #GHOSTIN #SLOWRIDERS

2 things in my life never touch the ground. The American flag, and my cut

Damn brother, So much truth and good info in this episode! For anybody watching it just getting in, this is the exact kind of knowledge that you will be taught along your way.

The only thing I’ll add to this, is if you get pulled over, and you have your cut with you in the car, put it on. That way if you get arrested it gets taken into your personal property and they cannot take it, or say it disappeared etc.

#Ghostin..
I tuck my hood in for two reasons
1. Not to cover patch
2. So no one can grab it an pull me back in a altercation.
Great topic keep up good work,

My sponcer taught me all of this when I was a prospect. The thing is that sponcers are not doing they job correctly. If you teach your prospect the correct way that wouldn't happen. But then again every club is different. Much respect to everyone in here and God bless.

I was waiting for you to say don’t put one on unless you’re actually in a club. I see lots of grown men playing dress up out there 😂😂

Been watching a lot of your videos the past couple of days! I like how you're here to educate instead of just judging. Definitely subscribing!

Sose i respect your knowledge, and admire your integrity . I've seen a ton of this shit in my 52 year's . I grew up with a father in a " club" . Did much dumb shit as a child, then teen, and also in early adulthood . The result is i can ride with anyone on anyday and either walk away, or say see you next ride Brother .

Just found your channel relatively recently, and it's badass. I'm learning a lot about MC culture and all the do's and don'ts. Best of all, you always keep it 100%. Not many people like to these days. Much respect Sose 🤘💯

Speaking on wearing it in the car- there's 2 attitudes I see here where there's no hard fast rule: if you don't have it on and get pulled / arrested while traveling with it in the vehicle, the car can be impounded with all material inside it, and you'll get the runaround 'Oh the tow guy has it, oh the cops have it, oh it's evidence for court, etc.' If you have it on, you'll at least get to claim it at lockup. I'm of the other, more traditional camp myself.

Never put your cut down, never lay down with your cut, never hang your cut on the back of a chair at a spot. Never hand your cut to anyone but a Brother when you have your hand full or putting on other gear. Never wear a hoodie that blocks the top rocker, never cover your cut, nobody but you wears your cut ever. Never do dirt with colors if possible, shit does happen. Never wear your cut in a car or laying around.

I was in a small club. That cut took over a year to earn. I was very careful. It was harder to keep than earn .

When I was patched up we had simple rules, never ride with out your cut never let it touch the ground cut goes on the out side over any coat or hoodie no body but a brother was to touch it or hold it if dirt needed to be done take cut off so nothing blows back on the club (in that situation it was left at home or club house with a brother) and never disrespect your cut or let any body disrespect your cut
