Exactly, this video is right but using your name has way more POWERFUL benefits combined with other things you achieve true freedom… until then you are an unclaimed vessel/property of the U.S. and thru the SSN & taxes you are pledged to repay their debt. Incorporating your name gives you ownership and you can avoid all kinds of other liabilities that are way more likely to happen in your life time vs a law suit like the gov/law/police taking your body for non violent crimes against someone or their property.
This combined with learning contract law and how to use bonds will save you from any lawsuit.
Read creditors and their bonds!
Lawyers and judges know this!!!

Perfect timing!
I wanted to open a LLC in Wyoming with *last name* enterprises
Like Wayne Enterprises like Batman
I thought having the parent company in business friendly Wyoming would be enough to remain anonymous for other LLCs in other states for rental property
Won’t be doing that now haha

Honestly he is wrong. It is VERY smart to use ur name is a LLC. Don't let this guy mislead you...LEGALLY you do not even own your own name... BUT when you make it your LLC, THEN you own it. PLUS then u can build your Business Credit up using your EIN number.

Damn. I was about to open my first LLC with my own name. This changes my view on it now.

Patrisse Cullors is a prime example not to use your name in an LLC.

If you own properties under an llc and you don't use your name when you formed it. If you have to evict a tenant later. The court system in the US want to know if you're rhe owner of the property before they can proceed with the eviction.

If you're starting a consulting company that relies on one's own credentials, then name the LLC after yourself. Physicians in private practice do the same thing.

what are your thoughts on using your home address when registering your LLC? same deal as name/initials?

Well to be technical here. Your social security number and birth certificates are considered an entity. And an entity boils down to business.

I heard that NM is the only state the offers COMPLETE ANONYMITY for members, owners, managers. Whereas, WY and DE provide privacy protection but may have some disclosure requirements. Thus, NM is the best state for anonymity. Is this true? Thank you.

I really enjoy and learn from your content! I have a question that may have been addressed elsewhere but I haven't come across it yet. Everyone speaks of how to protect yourself personally from liabilities that may arise from your rental property. I'm wondering if there are methods to do the opposite. In other words, if I was ever personally sued and had a judgment against me how do I insulate myself from losing all of my interest in the various rental properties. Would love if you could do a video on this if you haven't already. Thanks again for the great content!
