how to open txt file in android phone

I want to create text documents for keeping notes on my phone.

A 3rd party "free with ads" app is good enough for simple text files.

But one should ABSOLUTELY NEVER put anything of the "this information should always be kept secure" category, such as your passwords, your bank account numbers, and so on, in some random 3rd party app.

Video poster should do his research and BEGIN with a bit about how that app is secure and how much legit and with a solid reputation the company making that app.
