How to import .txt file to excel sheet in a nice format

Learn how to import data from a txt file to an excel sheet.
You can import data from a text file into Excel in two ways: by opening it in Excel or by importing it as an external data range. Use the Save As command and change the file type from the drop-down menu to export data from Excel to a text file.
There are two types of text files that are often used:
TAB character (ASCII character code 009) commonly divides each field of text in delimited text files (.txt).
The comma character (,) commonly divides each field of text in comma separated values text files (.csv).
