Edit: After further review (when wide awake) I'm thinking:
1) Dog is wagging tail, but may be more puzzled and wary.
2) The Puma IS trying to have a doggy snack, but is puzzled by the glass.
3) WTF is in this lady's head? Go grab the dog and scare the puma away!
