I think the first thing I would do would be making sure those patio doors are LOCKED. Jeez! Those doors open inwards... I don't want to think about what could have happened if that curious kitty had reached up and pulled down the handle. 😳

Dash actually had it all under control. Owner was projecting panic. She should have followed her dog’s strategy remaining calm and self confident.

Taking a second look... that isn't even double paned glass... that's a standard door window for the suburbs. Wow, this lady has no idea how close she is to serious injury or death. She better hope that cat has plenty of wild game to keep it well fed.

From then on i wouldn't let my Pup out of sight. The Cat may come back for a meal. He was a brave pup and that Cat was huge and beautiful. I know it was very scary by the sound of your voice.

Shaking my head...she cared more about the video than the dog. How hard was it to walk over, step in front of the dog, and scream at the mountain lion to scare it away?
