Leaving a job for a higher paying job every couple of years because its more efficient to increase your wealth that way then being loyal for less money to a single employer being a bad thing is BS. If you wont give me more money after ive slaved for you for a few years to help me better take care of myself and my family then i will move on to the next employer who will, plain and simple.

The average Gen Z and Millennial stay in a job for 2 years. It is very acceptable now. With all due respect to the woman, companies already know you will likely bounce and are okay with that. don't worry about being considered a job hopper. Her information is a bit dated.
