The fourth circuit needs to be reminded that our rights to “military-style weapons… for use in sustained combat” are exactly what the Second Amendment was written to protect! It is not about self-defense, it is not about hunting, it is not about gun collectors. It IS about allowing us to rise up and overthrow a government if that government becomes tyrannical.
