I have a important question. I am disabled and living in a HUD type Housing Authority apartment complex. Their new lease, theatens us with immediate eviction, if firearms are inside the complex. Now I have partial use of one arm, and cannot defend myself very well. In Indiana, we are a Constitutional carry State. We can carry into a bar in Indiana. We still can get permits, but it's a right, which my the meaning, licenses and permits are unnecessary. So under threat of eviction, they want you to sign the Constitutionally questionable lease. Also they frequently search apartments, without warrants or reasonable articulable suspicion. Things have turned up missing, draws ransacked, roaches, and bedbugs rule.
