i found this link from your vid that gave the steps to updating the driver. that didn't work, so i followed the link to this vid and the first solution you gave here solved my problem. thank you so much!!! i was so bummed that my brand new bluetooth ear buds weren't even being found by my pretty damn new Windows 10 laptop

This was the reason I disposed my old laptop and it had started on the one I got after after a month or two . Glad the first method fixed it after I had gone through all three and decided to turn the Bluetooth service on from the services properties and viola it's worked. Thank you🤝

Thank you so much. Had to change the Services to "automatic" and after applying the troubleshooting fix, the Bluetooth icon appeared in my toolbar (Windows 10). Very helpful!

Thanks man, you really helped me solved my bluetooth issues. For some reason the Bluetooth service was stopped and had to be turned on again. Would never thought of checking Windows services for a fix.

Solution 2 helped me restore the sound in my left earbud (can't hear anything in the right one though). I run the troubleshooter on Playing Audio and I changed the selected audio device (my wireless MPOW t3 earbuds) to default . Funny that as they work OK with my Android phone, but they were playing up with my PC. It happened soon after some major Windows 10 updates, I think. Thanks for posting anyway.

Hello. Thank you very much for the video. Finally got my PS4 controller to work with my Bluetooth dongle. I initially changed the bluetooth driver to the Generic Bluetooth Adapter and that gave me the Bluetooth option in setting. However, I could never find anything when searching. The first solution to reset the Bluetooth service worked like a charm. I can finally get to gaming on my new PC now. Cheers.
