You saved me, it worked! I was missing this last step after troubleshoutting the driver problems on the Device Manager. Just couldn't figure out what i needed to fix once i installed the bluetooh driver and the option to add device appaired. Thanks!

Bluetooth shows connections on read and write when I go to add device > Bluetooth click on that mouse cursor goes to loading symbol then never loads

For me (windows 11), i disconnect all my wires that is connected to my laptop..
and then press the power button for about 30 second..
and then turn it on again .. and it should work

If someone/anyone sees this: Can someone explain this weird issue I'm having. On my HP windows 11 laptop...I have paired one bluetooth device. When I turn bluetooth on, the only way I can get the device to connect is to pull the power cord from laptop and plug it back in...then the paired device connects.... what is UP with that?
