How To Fix Bluetooth Pairing Problem Windows 10 Pro

Windows 10 is showing headphones as paired but are not connected. and Windows 10 doesn't show you any errors it simply doesn't connect.

Sometimes when you try to connect your headphones you notice that they are trying to connect, but it ends up being unsuccessful.

This might be due to another device being connected to the headset, Windows 10 will not show you any errors or message telling you why the pairing doesn't work, you will simply click connect and it wouldn't connect you to the headphones.

What you need to do is check other devices such as your, smartphone, tablet, or TV one of those might already be connected to the headset (automatically) and turn off bluetooth option there, once this is done you will be able to reconnect to your headphones immediately

Thank you for your video. I have a JBL E55BT and tried your demonstration but although the headphones are listed in the Device Manager, in the Bluetooth Settings an error pops up when I turn the headphones on and click CONNECT saying, "THAT DIDN'T WORK/ MAKE SURE YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE IS STILL DISCOVERABLE, THEN TRY AGAIN." 😕

This is not intended operation, Bluetooth devices are capable of multiple connections. Worked fine on a laptop of mine but this new device.

bought a brand new dongle, and tried to connect brand name and also non brand airpods.... NEITHER CONNECT even after disconnecting them from all other devices. Nothing showsd up AT ALL, even my phone. defective dongle?

And what could be the solution if your headphone isn't connected to an other device, it is in the settings list in the bluetooth devices but Windows won't connect it and also there is no connect button present at the headphone the only way I can connect it is to completely reboot my computer and then if windows starts it finally connects my headphones.

what if you computer has Bluetooth, but not Bluetooth settings? There is no blue button.
