When you die, an eternity lasts an instant; if there's a non-zero probability that atoms rearrange themselves in the same configuration that made you before dying you probably will snap back into it with no recollection of time. We are dying all the time, we just can't reconcile infinity when it comes to waiting in the void.

I really believe all these cool stuffs about the universe can be studied on your own as long as you study yourself. We have everything we need to learn about everything in us

Ignoring for the time being the religious alternatives proposed in these comments (which I agree with), I have to point out that the hypothesis being proposed in this clip is literally self-delusion, a willful self-deception and voluntary refusal to perceive reality as it truly is, all to avoid perceiving one's own mortality. Doesn't strike me as a mature, much less moral way to confront one's own mortality.

far, far into the future is a massive understatement. We are talking billions of years, beyond human comprehension. The heat death of the universe is so far out there you can't even imagine it. Let's get humans to 200 years old before you worry about billions.

Correction the universe would still have energy just not in the form of stars however, what is really interesting is what happens billions of years after the heat death. Because hypothetically, the universe expands because of the Big bang, however the heat death is essentially the opposite of that and would make the universe pull in on itself eventually grouping all of the matter and energy that there has ever been into a singular point. Now it's only conjecture but one of three things could happen if that were to happen after the heat death, either it creates a black hole that nothing escapes from or it births a new universe through another big bang or it's both.
