My entire life has been irrevocably changed for the better as opposed to what our world would have looked like without these innovations. It's just mind-blowing how advanced we are getting in technology. I wonder what we will do next

Smart phones are so common that we often overlook their strength and versatility. You had to carry a Lantern in older times and now your built in flashlight does that work for you along with keeping you entertained. We can literally revisit history and watch moments that already happened and even edit them to our liking. You can play melodies and songs rather than having to play them yourself or listening to someone else play them. Technology is indeed amazing.

Hearing that the internet has been around for forty years is mind blowing. I remember the early 2000’s when the internet was seen as this revolutionary technology with there being plenty of opportunity for those who had access to it. It truly amazes me how far we have come since those days but also makes me a bit sad as well, knowing that those bright times of innovation and change have gone by so fast. Nostalgia is weird and makes the past seem a lot brighter than it actually was, but I am excited to see what lies ahead in the future if we survive until then.
