In this video, we’re going to talk about which food is highest in calcium.

Cheese is the food highest in calcium. In particular, parmesan cheese is the cheese highest in calcium.

You can also get calcium from leafy greens, nuts, and seeds.

If you have a prostate problem, high estrogen, or fibroids, you want to avoid cheese. This is because too much cheese can swell the prostate, cause difficulty urinating, and cause frequent trips to the bathroom at night.

The benefits of calcium include:
• Bone health
• Preventing muscle cramps
• Preventing blood clotting
• Supporting your cellular membranes

Without calcium, you can develop holes in your cell membranes and cause fragility. Calcium regulates the resealing mechanism in the cell membrane.

The problem is, if you have chronic inflammation, calcium can build up in your body’s tissues, including your joints, arteries, brain, and eyes.

When calcium builds up in certain areas in the body, it virtually always has to do with chronic inflammation, which overstimulates the healing mechanism that occurs.

It’s vital to address the inflammation in your body to avoid calcium build-up.

The problem is Kraft Parmesan probably doesn't count. Parmesan Reggiano from Italy is made with grass feed milk and aged correctly therefore its the only cheese that would quantify as parmesan cheese.,

Hello Dr Berg, my name is Tanja from Australia . I came across your videos on you tube and immediately change old thinking of food and have been IF as well. Only 3 weeks now, had to stop veggies, diarrhea, not used to the fat, and also giving
up sugar was not that hard . Shortly I must stop smoking . This will be the hardest part. But if I dont I could die within 5 Years. Thank you so much for your work in teaching to create health and then to loose wait but most important stop inflammation, and hopefully heal my inside.
You really are one of a kind

Hi Dr. Berg, I am writing from India.
After binge watching almost most of you, I have inculcated your advice in my diet. Being a worker who is out there physically, skipping breakfast is something I have not done. But limiting my meals to 3 times a day with 6 hour fasting has given me miraculous results.

Wieghing 86kg/5'7 in January, I have lost 8 kgs in 5 months, with my blood sugars and bps reflecting ideal values. Overall energy levels have gone up too and I do all of it being on an Indian diet.

A big thank you and keep the good work going 👍

That’s great! Spaghetti sauce is high oxalate. But, I pour on the Parmesan cheese which will help offset the oxalate load.

It would be cool if you could dig a bit deeper into the whole raw vs pasteurized thing. It is very, VERY interesting.

I realize not everyone does well with dairy but I consume a bit of cheese just about every day, including some Parmesan but other varieties as well, especially feta with my salad. Ripened cheese has a high fat content and essentially no lactose, so it is perfect for keto.

I have so many questions, dr.berg.
1. I don’t like pamesan. Can I choose cheddar or mozzarella or cream cheese?
2. What about skim cheese? Should I eat it or not?
3. I always drink saba bone broth and also eat all of the bone and its head. Is it ok to do?
Thank you for your useful clip. You always read my mind.

You said if I have fibroids I need to get calcium from other places then cheese. I have severe problems from fibroids. I’ve never heard anything about cheese or dairy triggering growth please go into more detail about that!

During the pandemic I was strong because my immune system was. I took a natural product from the Korean Atomic research lab that took 8 years to create and they called the Chinese Doctor whom was the doctor for the royal family in Debai to come and help. This sold like mad during the pandemic. I have been taking two saceys a day for many years and have exceeded my expectations . If you want to know more tell me and I will send you info. I learned about this when I was in Singapore and extented my stay so I could learn about it.
