I am reinventing myself at almost 78 years of age.Not
going to sit in a rocking chair and watch TV. Your podcasts have been very uplifting for me.

I started over in 2021. Went through a divorce and the loss of my 20 year old daughter. So I moved from NY to Iowa and left with only what I could fit in my SUV. I had to navigate finding a job and a place to live… then I had to start over AGAIN after a relationship with a narcissist. Moved to another area of the state and did it all over again.
You are more resilient than you realize 💖

This is exactly how I've been feeling. Exhausted, confused, lonely, sad. Trying to move forward after so many devastating situations. It's good to know we are not alone.

Divorced at 53, after 25 yr marriage then cancer, 4 years later I have a life I love. I started over in every way, best health, new career, and friends and home I created a life I'm proud of. Today I choose joy in every thing I do. It wasn't easy but staying in a life I hated and suffering in silence was killing me, Trust yourself and know it can be a good thing for everyone.

I cannot urge everyone enough to release the toxic people in your life. You can then BE the energy! I used to buy into the misery of everyone. No more! It’s so darn liberating!

Hi Mel. My name is Dash and I'm 29 years old from Malaysia. I just wanted to share out something about my life. Eventhough I'm still young but trust me, I've been going through a lot for the past 10 years. I'm a DJ and I love music so much. I started DJing since 19 years old but my life was such a misery untill recently. I was surrounded by people who always said 'NO' to me. People who will break my spirit for me to chase my dreams. They thought someone like me without full education couldn't go far. But they were wrong, i ignored them. At first, when Covid came, I almost give up. But God made me found you and I listened to your podcast untill I had the chance to restart my life earlier this month. Thanks to you, now I'm performing at a International Hotel everyday next to a beach and my food and accomodation is covered by the hotel. Thank you again so much Mel. Every single word that comes out from you means a lot to me 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you again !

I’m starting over for the third time at 27. I feel so defeated. Two failed marriages, serious debt and a failed business. I’m beat down by life. These videos help me tremendously!

Hi Mel! This is the best advice I’ve ever heard before. I’m 52. I started listening this in my car after leaving work with a pit in my stomach that I’ve had for 3 years. Like you, I cannot stand the thought of sitting behind a desk anymore while my life ticks away. I am already thinking about a new plan and what I’ll need to do to get there. I’ll feel sad for people I love that may miss me, but I cannot live for everyone else anymore. I want my spark back. Thank you ❤

Reading through the comments, it occurs to me that some kind of girls support/camaraderie club would be SUCH a blessing for SO many of us. If there were local chapters, and we all rallied to welcome and support each other… That could be truly life changing for so many of us. It bothers me to think of all of us struggling, all alone. Love and light, big beautiful blessings to you all!!!

And thank you Miss Mel, for the wealth of wisdom you share with us all. You’re a treasure. XxxooO

Im 53, dealing with health, not working after always having a job in an admin support role, never married which is my dream, not happy in my living space, used to be a homeowner and desire a home I love in a warmer climate, also looking for like minded forward moving friends/mentorship. Also, No family support from past trauma...Ive done great things in the past to the point of perfection. Now, I have a blank canvas to create but feel stuck in fear! Im staying in things that no longer serve me. I am not enjoying my everyday life making do with things that no longer serve me and my dreams. Im on a major detour and need to get back in the drivers seat of my life! I appreciate your work and support....Thank you!

The day we commit to creating the future we want is the day our new life begins. It's only too late to reinvent yourself if you say it's too late. Thanks, Mel!

Starting over at 69 is even harder. I suppose it's hard regardless of what age we are.

Here I am at 12:57am, mopping the floor… and I’m listening to the part about the “finding hearts” I laugh and say to myself “I don’t have any hearts around here… immediately seconds later I look up and in the direction of my room door. There’s a quote I hung up. .. it’s says “Be your own kind of ❣️beautiful ❣️ with a heart at the bottom of it. It shocked me so much and I laughed with so much excitement for the Journey ahead to seeing the power of the mind.
