My husband & I started a business 21 yrs ago., thinking we would build it & sell it about 10 yrs in. It has been very successful, but not easy to sell. Consequently, here we are 21 yrs later, & I feel trapped. We are Christians, have lived such a blessed life through the opportunities this business has provided, but we are ragged…me especially. All that to say this, there are times you just don’t have the option to change your vocation….even when you feel it is detrimental to your health. The only options available to save my life right now are lifestyle changes, & small delegation changes at work. Meanwhile, I struggle with not being able to do something I am passionate about, & praying for something to change. I would LOVE for you to address this type of situation for corporate owners of small businesses.

A career change is PERFECT if yours isn’t working. If you are in the Medical field or Financial field and you are killing it, you don’t need a change. But if your field is dead, or you are overworked and tired, or money is bad, changing will be hard but absolutely a game changer in your life for the better!
