Показать описание
Professor Brian S. Peskin is a leading scientist globally recognized as the expert on essential fatty acids (EFAs) and has advanced the work of Nobel Prize-winner Otto Warburg in the area of cellular oxygenation.

A graduate of MIT, Professor Peskin has combined his extensive knowledge of engineering, biochemistry, and physiology to create Life-Systems Engineering Science (L.S.E.). This innovative field, founded in 1995, leverages natural processes to achieve desired health outcomes, a principle that MIT has embraced to drive scientific breakthroughs.

In 2002, he began extensive research on the relationship of PEOs to cardiovascular disease. For the last 14 years, Prof. Peskin’s work has focused on cellular immunity to disease and anti-inflammatory pathways; in particular, the D-6 Desaturase Pathway. His groundbreaking research has uncovered the root cause of cardiovascular disease. Prof. Peskin holds three seminal patents.

Prof. Brian Peskin’s work has led to the development of EZtrek®, a revolutionary medical food designed to improve health by addressing impaired metabolic pathways. This patented, botanical-based lipids formulation is not duplicated by normal/typical dietary modification alone.

Professor Peskin has authored four books, Radiant Health, The 24 Hour Diet, Hidden Story of Cancer, and PEO Solution, numerous journal articles, and has been featured in over 1,200 radio shows and podcasts. He advocates for dietary changes that support overall health and help manage chronic conditions.

Not to dwell on the obvious, but does this guy look healthy?

Sorry but he is the real deal. Dont care if you think he is not. I know him and have over 24 years. He helped my family a lot when no body even was around to even care. Even on my carnivore diet now his advice is great and works still. Great to see him on here! Thanks.

I won't be guzzling any seed oils, organic or otherwise, but always interesting to hear from true independent researchers. No one can deny this man has done his homework. 🤯

Hope Paul Mason sees this. I'd be interested of what he'd say about it.

"All steroid hormones are made from oils." Not true. They're made from cholesterol. He said some iffy things. I'm open to new ideas, but not convinced here.

So, what about the people who are full-on carnivore who have been carnivore for YEARS and NO seed oils in their diet... yet they are very healthy??

I'm thoroughly enjoying the comments.

Kudos to Dr Baker for keeping an open mind, its important to hear everyone out but im doing great on animal fat.

If you can’t manually squeeze the oils out off the seeds then don’t eat . The two ESSENTIAL nutrients for humans to thrive are fatty acids and protein both found in the animal kingdom preferably ruminants also found in sardines .I love “avoid the carbs “.

Thank you so much for having him on! I can see by the comments there is a lot of friction and inability to actually hear new information. Take the time to read his book and look at the research he presents. I also understand people’s need to receive information from an impeccably well put together human, in mind, BODY and spirit…However, not everyone has all their ducks in a row, wrapped in a pretty little package. We are human. Take some time to digest the information and if it doesn’t resonate, move on or you appear to be suffering from good ole herd mentality. Be your own laboratory if the information sits well with you and you feel the need to want to improve your health.

Hey dopey, those oils were not around a hundred years ago when we were all healthy and thin. Back then we all smoked as well.

This really needs an opening high level summary. For example: "Fish oil SUPPLEMENTS are bad", "Fish frozen or canned at the source, are good." "Pristine cod liver oil from nordic countries is bad." "Omega 6 is actually good." ...then I need clinical trials data, double blind, yada. Oils in general are shit. I don't trust seed oils regardless of source. I make my own tallow and lard. And organic is bullshit in large part, UNLESS you know the farmer, and trust them. So I eat whole foods, and get sunlight. I eat a lot of salmon (wild caught frozen at source), herring and sardines (canned). The balance of omega-6 / omega-3 in american beef is going to be off to some degree, UNLESS you have cows that are grass fed and grass finished on WILD, UNTILLED, UNFERTILIZED, LAND.

If every doctor had an engineer working side by side with them, I think we would all be better off. Whether this guy is right or not, more engineers have deconstructed and figured out nutrition because that’s what they do. They figure stuff out!

I can understand why most commenters here would want to say no to seeds oil. However, the prof's message is not to eat more seeds oils, in fact, he is advocate for exactly what most in the carnivore community would, eat read food. Even Tucker Goodrich who advocates for no industrial seeds oil takes some seeds oil. I can also understand why some would comment on his teeth and appearances, but we each have a backstory and our own on-going issues and we may have wrecked our body or teeth before we got healthier. I am not suggesting that he may have a backstory like that, but let's listen to the message instead of throwing everything under the bus. Some people may have issues that can be helped by understanding what he advocates for.

He looks exactly like what you’d expect a seed oil shill would look like.

I‘d like to hear Dr. Ben Bikman‘s view on what this gentleman is saying.

I’ve been listening to this man since 2016! And I do not take any fish oil. I’ve tried over the years to warn people, but they won’t listen.

The main argument for why seed oils are bad is because linoleic acid is inflammatory and also causes the body to store fat.So, even if the seed oil is organic, it still has linoleic acid causing the same inflammation and fat storage.

Buggered if I know what that was all about.
Eat primarily organic meat was one message I got from it.

Parent Omega 6-Omega fatty acids are also found in eggs, lard, pork, poultry and poultry fats.

Id rather get them from animal sources than seed oils.
