PC randomly restarts once when booting

As description says. I installed an EVGA Supernova 650W PSU, an i7 7700k and Cryorig H7 cooler. Temps are good, PC runs great, no problems other than every few times I start my computer it shuts off and there is a click noise. Also what sounds like a beep is actually my cat.
