I got discarded today because I would not play his little games anymore. Your guidance opened my eyes after 11 years of mental and spiritual abuse. He ended up blocking me!

This happened to me. Years of him beating me, calling me names, mocking me, provoking me. Then I began to stand up and was very quickly reacted with anger and arguing with the first sign of mocking. He seemed to really get energy from it and said I was the manipulative and crazy one. I became someone I had never seen, but only with him, no one else. Now I am finally free and calm again.

What I especially LOVE about your channel and HOW you speak about narcs, is that you speak to us in a way the feels empowering. In a way that looks down on the Narc. Other channels are helpful too, but sometimes the way they speak about what narcs do makes me feel triggered and disempowered. I'm not sure what the specific difference is, other than you speak from a position of looking down on the narc. Thank you for continuing to give us all so many tools for seeing narcs for what they black holes that convert positive life energy into foolishness.

My covert narcissistic ex-wife finally diacarded me for good because I had a 'Judas Kiss' kind of love bomb and finally told me for going through a divorce. A kiss of betrayal and i left our home as quick as i could without saying a single word. That fake marriage life that I had for 18 years disappeared forever. I’m getting absolutely fed up with the appearance of narcissistic bosses in a supervisory position over me. This is a pattern I’ve recognized in the past three jobs I’ve held which includes my current job where I have to deal with a gaslighter. I take responsibility for my poor responses or lack of proper responses in the previous two situations and am eager to man-up in a professional manner to deal with yet another narcissist in the workplace. I am currently feeling a little depressed as I have had to experience more than my fair share of narcissistic individuals in and out of the workplace. Just craving to work in peace without all the crap! Any advice? Life just isn’t meant to be like this!
