In this video, I'll share some tips to help you if you don't know the answer to an interview question. When faced with a job interview question you can't answer, follow these tips to handle the situation gracefully:
Stay Calm and Composed: Take a deep breath to collect your thoughts. Remaining calm shows professionalism.
Ask for Clarification: Politely ask the interviewer to rephrase or elaborate on the question. This can provide additional context and help you formulate an answer.
Admit Honestly: It's okay to acknowledge if you don't know the answer. For example, "I'm not sure about that, but I'm eager to learn more about it."
Redirect to Related Experience: Highlight a similar skill or experience. "While I haven't encountered that specific scenario, I have experience with [related task]."
Follow Up: Offer to research the question and follow up later. "I will look into this further and get back to you with a detailed answer."
