This lawsuit was settled in 1988. The US gov paid $750, 000 into a fund through which each plaintiff was to be given their share of the settlement presumably after the lawyers took their chunk. Although the US gov was the defendant in this case it is important to note that the Canadian government also funded MK Ultra research.
