They showed us a film in 79' where they aerosoled an entire battalion of forward observers with LSD, then had them call in fictitious artillery strikes, thank God, lol. They could be 1 mill off every 1000 meters, but were 1000 mills off every 642 meters, or just generally off the charts. These guys were obviously fried as they were taking off their shirts and swinging them around, placing bayonets on their rifles to see if they would stick in the ground when thrown in the air (which is also when the MPs came in and took said weapons away), and they didn't seem to care about other events unfolding around them, or just focused intently upon them. Good training!

Are sound frequencies related? Because the area I stay in has a suspicious amount of random humming and vibration noises I hear throughout the day. I'll even hear them after I turn brown noise and white noise on at full volume. Not as loud/annoying but I can't still hear them

They don't just quit these projects when they have success. Best believe it's still happening and think of how today's technology could play into it. I saw a podcast (koncrete podcast) with a scientist who is also now a a whistle blower. He talks about what they developed and what they are now capable of..its wayyyy scarier than nukes, to me anyway. He said he doesn't hold out much hope for humanity. If they are continued to allowed to get away with this, it's a wrap on humanity. If we don't have our minds, we have nothing. Like Claus shwabb said just recently, we will have nothing and be happy. 😳 which could be true, if it were a choice. But they are talking about "happy slaves".
