I make this, but as a rice bowl with cubed spam. I add flaked nori so each bite has some in it. I top with nori komi furikake and Mae Mai's crispy garlic and onion, spice level 2.

Love spam musabi. Was introduced to it for the first time when I met my wife's family fro hawaii. But I request mine special. I do Tori down, spam slice, rice pack, spam again and close with the nori. So good!
