This episode we're heading back underground to the final area, the Deeproot Depths. We grab a legendary incantation, some nice ashes of war, new armors, and a ton of upgrades. The final boss of this area is also a hidden trophy boss so make sure you come by this zone!

I know some people who use melee would be thinking that they cannot use Black knife Tiche as a summon because of FP summon cost. You can use Hidden Cerulean tears to eliminate FP cost briefly and even though your FP is around 70, you can still summon Black Knife Tiche. Not related, but I thought to share the same.

At 31:02, when you say think you're good with all the loot from branch area, the building you accidentally almost jumped off contains a somber stone 7 in the very bottom. Enter from ground level on west side, and it's partially hidden to the left.

My tip for bears... Try to become there new privates. Tuck yourself in against it hind legs and tummy. You don't have to dodge as much and only really the charge attack can knock out of it. The Bear loves to fight at range, it's movement is its greatest weapon.

32:19 PSA: He hinted at it here, but the Prince of Death Staff has the highest possible damage output of any staff in the game - but only if you've maxed Faith and Int, so more of a NG+ weapon.

IF you put Golden Vow on another sword or something in your off hand before you fight it does let you knock the knights. It worked for the mini boss knight. It makes you very powerful.

A note on the mausoleums, from what i've noticed the ones with the bells can be used to duplicate the demi gods remembrances (IE the ones with great runes) the ones without bells can be used for the lesser boss remembrances. Such as the the ancestor stag and such. I haven't tested it fully however so I could be entirely wrong.
