The audacity to be mad that customers don't wanna wait half a year or longer for their order then closed when to many people started to realize what they were about which is the definition of being a scammer! By not offering refunds that's theft!

That sort of delay is INSANE for babies clothing, babies grow like weeds and the clothes ordered won't fit by the time they are recieved.

They took out 5 loans from October 16th - November 12th for a total of almost 500, 000 dollars not to mention all the cancelled orders and expect no one to think they are scammers

I’m pretty sure them not fulfilling orders and only telling customers that they can get their money back with a charge back is a crime and opens them up for a 4th lawsuit. 👀

They fraudelently took out multiple high interest loans and defaulted right away, that's the only reason a company like this does what it does, this is how they get a ton of money and then charge their name and wash and repeat

As a former banker, depending on your bank of course, 50 - 90 days is the limit to charge backs.

This company basically committed fraud several ways. One by changing LLC's because when you make a charge 9n your CC the transaction has a code that links directly to that company. By changing the company, the bank has no way to recoup the money, because it has no where to collect from. The bank just doesn't pay your loss. I feel so bad for their customers. Probably best way to get money back is a class action? I'm not lawyer, but id wonder if they filed bankruptcy under that LLC than it would all just get swept under the rug.... or take 20 years to get their money back.

For people in the US it's SO EASY to get full documents of almost any court case. If you ever need, I'm certain if you posted on here asking then one of us Americans could get you a PDF within the hour!

7:14 it can also be hard to get a charge back from your bank when its been too long. Certain banks and card companies have a limit on how long after the charge was made to your account. The company knew this was coming, and they were attempting to rake in as much money ss they could before they absolutely had to close the business 🤦‍♀️

Refusing refunds with no intent to fulfill orders is quite literally illegal. The consumer cannot be required to seek reimbursement from their credit card issuer. As an aside, I somehow doubt these moron “moms” get that chargebacks cost them a percentage fee on top of repaying the credit card company for the customers’ reimbursements. What they’re likely hoping for is cards denying chargebacks due to being untimely requested and/or the business filing for bankruptcy

I had a similar bad experience with a business online, took like 18 MONTHS to get a pre-order that was only supposed to take a couple months..told me I couldn't get a refund and to just wait and every time I asked for an update I was told they were shipping soon. Then finally got a product that was damaged and had to exchange it. I was surprised my exchange didn't take 18 months. I won't do a pre-order anywhere again. But especially not with that company...
