The crazy amount to flutter kicks was actually kinda smart, around the third set my legs started to really ache which forced me to concentrate and redistribute the tension to my abs which relieved the strain from the back of my thighs almost completely. Defiantly worth practicing!

I hardly ever write comments but I just really need to thank you so much for this workout 😀 it's super effective, no clue if it has to do with the repeated flutter kicks but it works like hell!
I used to have some sort of abs thanks to a year of doing some other routines which I hated and looking at it now, I realize I was doing most of the exercises wrong, and also the sets didn't provide enough intensity. My abs were there but not really visible. But then I found your workout (this one and a couple others targeting lower abs and obliques) and it became my morning routine and after doing it for a few weeks (less than 2 months) I got legit framed abs with a six pack. Also I've done calorie control for over six months so that was essential but the point is, before your workouts, other routines didn't work that effectively.
(I do your workouts with 10 sec breaks between exercises cause otherwise I wouldn't be able to do all of then correctly, they wouldn't be getting their full 30 secs and that would probably work badly.)
Anywho, thank you so much ❤️ your other workouts are also great, and to anyone who doubts: they work 🔥🔥

I can't talk more highly of this channel . Hands off the best workouts for the abdomen . I absolutely loved Dan's form for the flutter kicks keeping the range short and controlled, those flutter kicks murdered my lower abs for sure 😂. A great total 10 min workout ensuring that max TUT 💪🏻❤

Great workout, thanks!

However, you should realy consider adding a bell och some other tone that rings whenever each exercise is completed. That way we don’t have to keep looking at the screen while doing the exercises to know when to switch to the next one.
